Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026  |  Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Intellevate Solutions, LLC (“Intellevate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website at https://intellevatesolutions.com (the “Site”). It covers the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Our Site is a marketing and informational website. We do not sell products online, we do not host user accounts, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you use the chat assistant on our Site, we and our chat provider receive the messages you type and any information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and its hosting provider automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and understand general usage. We also use Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used. The section titled “Website analytics” below explains what that covers, and what it does not.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government identifiers, financial account details, health information, or precise geolocation, and we ask that you not include such information in contact-form or chat messages.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To operate the chat assistant and answer your questions.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To measure how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we know which pages are worth keeping and which need work.
  • To keep records of our business communications.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

The service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver their service, and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

  • Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides content delivery and security. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting the Site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Resend delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted through Resend to our inbox. See Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Chatbase powers the chat assistant on our Site. Messages you send through the chat are processed by Chatbase, which uses AI service providers (including OpenAI) to generate responses. Chatbase processes and stores this data in the United States, states that it does not sell personal information and does not use conversation data to train its own AI models, and lists its own sub-processors. See Chatbase’s privacy policy and its sub-processor list.
  • Google provides the analytics that measure how the Site is used. Google acts as our processor for this data and reports it to us in aggregate. See “Website analytics” below, along with Google’s privacy policy and its page on how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the safety and rights of any person, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The chat assistant

Our Site includes a chat assistant provided by Chatbase. Conversations you have with the assistant are processed by Chatbase and its AI providers to answer your questions. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. Your use of the chat assistant is also subject to Chatbase’s privacy practices, linked above.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our Site: which pages get read, how visitors arrived, and roughly where in the world they are. We are a small company, and this is how we learn whether what we publish is useful to anyone.

Doing that requires one small first-party cookie, described in the next section. Here is what it does not do.

  • We do not advertise with this data. We run no ad campaigns from it, we build no advertising audiences or remarketing lists, and the Google Analytics settings that would allow this data to be used for ad personalization are turned off. Our Analytics property is not linked to a Google Ads account.
  • We do not sell this data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We cannot identify you from it. What we see are aggregate counts and trends. The data does not carry your name or email address, and we do not combine it with what you send us through the contact form or the chat assistant.
  • Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Your IP address is used at the moment of collection to derive an approximate location, city level and coarser, and is then discarded. We never see it.
  • We keep it briefly. Our property uses Google’s shortest retention setting, two months, for user-level and event-level data.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on that stops Analytics from collecting data about you on any site you visit. Your browser’s cookie controls work too.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a limited set of cookies. None of them are advertising cookies, and none of them follow you to other websites.

  • Analytics. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a property identifier. They hold a randomly generated number that lets Analytics tell one browser from another, so that six visits from one person are not counted as six people. That number is not tied to your name, your email address, or anything you have told us. Google’s default lifetime for these cookies is two years.
  • Operating the Site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our chat provider (Chatbase) may set cookies or use similar local-storage technologies that are necessary to deliver, secure, or operate their services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can use the Google opt-out add-on linked above to exclude yourself from Analytics entirely. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or archive them. Chat conversation data is retained by Chatbase according to its own retention practices. Automatically collected technical and security logs are retained for a limited period. Google Analytics data is retained under the setting on our property, currently two months for user-level and event-level records, after which those records are deleted. Aggregate reporting remains available to us.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information handled through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and the information we handle is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed here.

Your privacy choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete information we hold, and we will respond consistent with applicable law. To exercise any of these choices, email us at [email protected].

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). In the twelve months before the effective date of this policy, the categories of personal information we may collect through the Site are:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, email address, IP address, and the randomly generated identifier stored in the analytics cookie described above.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity, such as information about your interaction with the Site and the chat assistant.
  • The contents of communications you send us through the contact form or chat.

We collect this information for the business purposes described above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Subject to the CCPA, California residents have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request by confirming information associated with you, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law permits.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and changes are effective when posted.
